Frequently Asked Questions
Are your pierogi handmade?
Yes. Every Olitory Kitchen pierogi is handmade in small batches using carefully selected ingredients before being frozen to preserve freshness and flavour.
Do I need to defrost the pierogi first?
No. Our pierogi are designed to be cooked straight from frozen.
Why do you recommend boiling before frying?
Boiling ensures the filling is heated evenly while keeping the dough soft and delicate. Frying afterwards adds the traditional golden finish and extra flavour.
Can I microwave them?
We don't recommend microwaving, as it can make the dough chewy rather than tender.
How should I store them?
Keep your pierogi frozen until you're ready to cook them.
Once cooked, any leftovers can be refrigerated and enjoyed within two days.
