Every order is handmade in Shropshire using authentic Polish recipes, then frozen immediately after production to lock in freshness.
Your order is carefully packed in insulated packaging and shipped with a fully tracked next-day courier, so it arrives frozen and ready for your freezer.
Delivery Costs

📦 Frozen delivery is £6.95 for retail orders under £40.
Wholesale, bulk, event and large-volume orders are excluded from standard delivery promotions. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on order size, pallet requirements, refrigerated transport, delivery location or timed delivery requests. Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed before dispatch.
Dispatch Days
To ensure your order spends as little time in transit as possible, we dispatch orders Tuesday to Thursday.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm will usually be dispatched on the next available dispatch day, although this cannot always be guaranteed during particularly busy periods.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Wednesday will normally be dispatched the following Tuesday. This helps prevent parcels from being delayed over the weekend and ensures your order arrives in the best possible condition.
Receiving Your Order
All orders are delivered using a fully tracked next-day courier service.
As your products are delivered frozen, please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.
Once your order arrives, place the products into your freezer as soon as possible to maintain their quality.

If you require delivery on a specific day, or outside of our standard dispatch schedule, please get in touch before placing your order. We'll always do our best to accommodate your request wherever possible.
Order Changes
Because our products are freshly prepared, frozen and packed for dispatch, we're unable to make changes to orders or delivery arrangements once your order has been processed.
