Shipping Information

For all retail orders under £40, shipping charges are £6.95.

All retail orders over £40 qualify for free standard shipping within mainland UK.

Please note that wholesale, bulk, event, and large volume orders are excluded from standard shipping promotions and may incur additional delivery charges depending on order size, pallet requirements, refrigerated transport, delivery location, or timed delivery requests. Any additional delivery costs will always be discussed and agreed prior to dispatch.

To ensure prompt delivery, we dispatch orders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This allows your package to arrive on the following business day.

If you place your order before 2 pm, we will do our best to ship your order on the next available dispatch day. However, please note that this cannot always be guaranteed.

Orders placed on or after 2 pm on a Wednesday will usually be dispatched the following Tuesday due to courier booking schedules.

If you require delivery outside of our standard dispatch days, or require delivery on a specific day, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All orders are shipped using a next day courier service. It is important that someone is available to receive the delivery upon arrival.

As our products are frozen, we kindly ask that all items are placed into a freezer as soon as possible after delivery to maintain product quality.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to make changes to orders or delivery arrangements once an order has been processed.
