Mushrooms contain a pro-vitamin known as ergosterol which is converted to vitamin D when exposed to the sun. It's another similarity with humans as our skin can make the same vitamin in the same way. Mushrooms contain a fifth primary taste; umami. Many foods fall into salt/sweet/bitter/sour, but mushrooms have a meat-like flavour characterised by umami. Ingredients Wheat Flour, Dried Mushrooms (27%), Water, Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper Allergens in Bold. This Product contains Gluten & Milk Preparation Boil & Shallow fry: From Frozen Add Pierogi to a pan of boiling water then simmer for 3 mins. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and add the boiled pierogi and Shallow fry until golden brown Alternatively, boil for 8 mins until fully cooked
Before heating remove the product from the packaging. Consume after heating to a minimum temperature of 80°C inside. Storage Keep frozen at or below -18oC Delivery This product is delivered using a courier and every effort is made to get the product to you in perfect condition but sometimes mistake happen if this isn’t the case, please let us know. We try to send the delivery out the next working day (Tue - Fri) but it isn’t always possible. Please tell us if you need it by a certain date so we can prioritise the order. |
